Director

Clinton McDonald

Clinton is a Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Taxation from UNSW and is a registered tax agent. He has been in professional practice since 1st July 1996 and commenced employment in public practice in January 1985. His work is mostly tax compliance, tax advising and some corporate advisory for large private companies. He merged his practice with Gauld Tulloch Bove in July 2019.

Consultant

Nino Bove

Nino has 35 years’ experience in the professional accountancy industry, six of these with Duesburys. His particular focus is ensuring that Gauld Tulloch Bove clients enjoy stress-free compliance. Nino has been involved with a number of charitable organisations, particularly in the area of assisting the handicapped. He is also on the management board of Marist Schools.

Scott Tang

Scott has a master’s degree in professional accounting and over 20 years of experience as a CPA. Scott specialises in providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to closely held business and successful individuals in a broad rang of industries. Going the extra mile comes second nature to Scott. As a successful accountant, Scott believes a work/life balance is important and he achieves this by playing competitive chess and basketball in his spare time.

Dayue Huang

Dayue is a Chartered Accountant, CA SMSF Specialist, and SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA®) with a Master of Commerce (Accounting) and a Master of International Business from the University of Sydney. She completed the SMSF Specialisation Program at UNSW and was accredited as a CA SMSF Specialist in 2016, followed by accreditation as a SMSF Specialist Advisor by the SMSF Association in 2025. Dayue began her career in public practice in 2007 and joined Gauld Tulloch Bove in 2008. She now leads the firm’s SMSF team, specialising in SMSF accounting and administration, strategic tax advice, and estate planning. Her passion lies in helping clients manage all aspects of their SMSF matters.

Sheryl Lal

Sheryl joined the firm in 2000. As a Client Director, she is a seasoned tax and accounting specialist. She is a driven and dedicated professional who values building solid relationships with her clients to produce optimal outcomes. Her commitment to providing excellent service continues to be held in high regard by her clients and colleagues.

Jason Jin

Jason is a Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce from USYD and a Master of Commerce from UNSW. He began his career in public practice since 2004 and joined team Gauld Tulloch Bove in 2010. He works in the areas of business service, tax compliance & advisory for individuals, corporates, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF). His dedication to work is balanced with spending time with his wife & two young daughters.
